CPA arranges the survey required by the appointing principal, keeps attendance connected with the vessel’s actual position and reports the local operating status through completion.
Draft Surveys
CPA arranges draft survey attendance for ship owners, ship managers and charterers during loading, discharge, lighterage and other instructed vessel operations.
Our desk places the surveyor against the vessel’s actual working position and keeps attendance connected with the cargo programme. When the expected survey window moves, we revise the arrangement and advise the principal of the new attendance position.
We report mobilisation, attendance start, continued attendance and final completion through one operating line.
Bunker, ROB and Quantity Surveys
We arrange bunker, remaining-on-board and quantity survey attendance for the required vessel call, delivery, redelivery or other instructed operating position.
CPA coordinates the surveyor with the vessel, owner, manager, charterer or authorised representative. Attendance remains aligned with the live berth, anchorage or handover window rather than an earlier estimate.
Our desk reports surveyor availability, mobilisation, attendance, any continued requirement and completion.
On-Hire and Off-Hire Surveys
CPA arranges on-hire and off-hire surveys for owners, managers, charterers and operators against the vessel’s actual delivery or redelivery position.
We keep attendance aligned with the agreed handover window and current vessel programme. If the vessel shifts, the handover time changes or access is delayed, our desk revises the local arrangement.
The principal receives the surveyor position, attendance status, completion and any remaining local action.
Vessel Condition Surveys
We arrange vessel condition surveys for ship owners, ship managers, charterers, buyers and other authorised principals during Bangladesh port calls.
CPA connects the appointed surveyor with the vessel’s current berth, anchorage, jetty or confirmed facility position. Where an authorised representative also attends, our desk keeps the local movements aligned.
If the vessel programme changes, CPA revises the survey attendance and returns the next workable position.
Hull and Machinery Surveys
CPA arranges hull and machinery survey attendance for ship owners, ship managers, insurers, P&I interests and other authorised parties.
Our desk coordinates the surveyor with the vessel’s live position and available attendance window, including the local movement and vessel access required for the accepted instruction.
The instructing party receives updates covering appointment, mobilisation, onboard attendance, completion and any further attendance requested.
Cargo Condition and Damage Surveys
We arrange cargo condition and damage surveys during loading, discharge, storage, delivery or other instructed attendance connected with a Bangladesh port call.
For reported shortage or damage, CPA gives priority to prompt local attendance and establishes one reporting line with the owner, manager, charterer, cargo interest, P&I Club or correspondent.
Our desk reports when attendance starts, remains in progress or requires a return visit.
Loading, Discharge, Tally and Out-Turn Surveys
CPA arranges survey and tally attendance during loading, discharge and cargo out-turn for the appointing owner, manager, charterer or authorised cargo interest.
Our desk follows the live vessel and cargo-operation position so the surveyor remains connected with the actual working period. If the operation extends, we report the revised position and obtain instruction for continued attendance.
Completion, further attendance and every remaining local item are returned through the same reporting line.
Hold and Hatch Surveys
We arrange hold and hatch survey attendance before loading, during cargo preparation or at another instructed point in the vessel call.
CPA places the surveyor against the vessel’s current working programme and available access. Our desk keeps the owner, manager, charterer or authorised cargo interest advised of mobilisation and attendance.
If the vessel or cargo window changes, we report whether attendance can continue or requires a later return.
Project and Heavy-Cargo Surveys
CPA arranges marine survey attendance for project cargo, heavy cargo, loading, discharge, lashing, securing and out-turn requirements.
Our desk coordinates the surveyor with the vessel, terminal or confirmed facility and keeps attendance tied to the actual cargo programme. Continued or repeat attendance is reported with the expected additional cost before commitment where possible.
We report completed attendance and every survey-related local action that remains open.
Container, Reefer and Pre-Shipment Surveys
We arrange container, reefer and pre-shipment surveys for ship owners, operators, cargo interests and other authorised principals.
CPA coordinates local attendance at the vessel, terminal, depot, storage point or other confirmed location included in the instruction. Our desk reports changes affecting access and any further visit required.
The local assignment remains under follow-up until the instructed attendance is completed.
P&I Club and Correspondent Survey Support
CPA provides local marine survey support for P&I Clubs and correspondents requiring attendance during a Bangladesh port call.
Our desk arranges or coordinates the instructed surveyor, establishes the local operating line and keeps the Club or correspondent connected with the vessel and relevant attending parties. For urgent attendance, we return the earliest available survey position.
We follow continued attendance, local cost approval, completion and remaining actions while the surveyor retains responsibility for independent findings.
Urgent, Continued and Repeat Survey Attendance
For an urgent survey requirement, CPA checks the vessel’s current position and arranges the earliest available attendance against the principal’s deadline.
Some assignments continue across more than one operating period or require the surveyor to return after the vessel shifts or cargo work resumes. Our desk keeps the instruction active under the principal’s approval.
The appointing party receives the current position, timing change, additional cost expected, next local action and final completion update.
