Principal and Paymaster
The principal defines the service, represented interest, reporting recipients and approval authority. The paymaster confirms funding, approved costs, remittance instructions and the account recipient.
Know who controls each line on the Bangladesh call file. Chittagong Port Agent (CPA) manages the appointed local work. The principal, vessel, authorities and external parties control their own decisions and duties.
The cards identify who instructs CPA, who approves costs, who holds vessel authority and who controls external decisions.

Other Services
Confirm the location, provider availability and approval line before attendance.
CPA works within the accepted instruction and records the local status. The parties below control their own decisions, methods and statutory duties.
Authorities, pilots, terminals and facilities control port movement, berth allocation, security and acceptance. Importers, exporters and C&F agents retain goods declarations and Customs formalities. CPA follows the interfaces and reports the confirmed position.
Surveyors and technical providers retain their methods, execution, measurements, findings and specialist records. The principal or carrier retains freight, routing, carriage and equipment decisions. CPA coordinates the approved attendance, status, evidence and local close-out.
CPA refers third-party costs for written approval before commitment unless the instruction permits immediate safety action.
Public-form privacy: Send only the first operational brief. CPA will confirm the secure route for passports, medical records, bank or contract files, manifests and other confidential documents.
