Company Roles and Work Covered
Shipping-agency, liner and related vessel-side work under a written appointment addressed to ABC Shipping Lines.
Import and export forwarding, cargo movement, transport, storage and related logistics under an ABC Freight quotation and account.
Survey and inspection attendance against the cargo or vessel, location, timing and report requirement. The appointed surveyor or specialist controls the findings and report.
Commercial or logistics work after Best Track confirms the scope, price, account and operating responsibility.
Match the Required Work to the Company
Send the vessel, IMO number, Bangladesh port, ETA, appointing interest and agency scope. CPA confirms whether CPA or ABC Shipping Lines owns the instruction.
Send the cargo, origin, destination, transport mode, shipment terms, required date and delivery point. ABC Freight confirms the forwarding basis.
Send the cargo or vessel, location, survey purpose, attendance time and report recipient. AMMS confirms the attendance scope.
Name the company if known and state the work required. CPA confirms the accepting company before quotation or mobilisation.
Keep Each Company Appointment and Account Separate
Address the written instruction to the company accepting the work. A referral does not appoint every group company.
The quoting company controls its rates, assumptions, exclusions, validity and payment terms.
Obtain any required licence, membership or specialist approval from the company accepting that scope.
Pay only the beneficiary and bank account shown on the appointed company’s invoice.
The performing company or specialist controls its people, equipment, safety and execution.
Send findings, service-record, credit, claim and account questions to the company that issued or accepted them.
